High Contrast Theme Problem

After about 4 weeks of windows 10 I'm still dealing with visual clarity issues.
I have bad eyesight, so I'm forced to use high contrast themes.
If I use a regular 10 themes, type fonts are very grey and I cannot adjust the
brightness or contrast to my liking. I've tried using the drivers control center
and my monitor. Just cant get it to work.

But in going the high contrast themes there is another problem.
On some web sites(using Edge), buttons don't show up at all, there just not there.
Then in programs like iTunes for instance, the left side menu panel
doesn't show up anything. So the selection menu looks "invisible".

Now, if I set the theme back to windows 10 standard, everything is fine. So
this is a high contrast issue,

Using a AMD 6900 video card latest drivers.

I've attached two examples of the problem.
Notice when posting a message here in the forum the buttons are all
missing.

The other example is the washed out iTunes menu panel.

You might want to try Firefox then. You can set it to not use "System Colors". Another words to override high contrast.

I might give Firefox a try, for web sites, but the iTunes
issue (and other programs) would still persist.

TY for the response.

Here it is in IE 11, better but messed up.

You can check out this thread: Solved Windows 10 Themes created by windowssh blog members - Windows 10 blog

It's different themes by windowssh blog members. There are four types 1) Aero(windows default), 2) Aero Lite(added color to the Title bars when it wasn't supported), 3) High Contrast, and 4) Aero Hybrid(a mix of Aero and High Contrast using registry setting, but it doesn't effect File Explorer and control Panel, but does effect web sites that use system color settings).

The first page has an Excel sheet listing with short descriptions of each theme and links to them in the thread, as the thread has grown pretty large(170 pages!).

Maybe you can find a High Contrast that works for you. Some of the best HC themes are from @Edwin.

Got firefox and set it to System Colors in high contrast, and that helped on web sites.
But I still see missing buttons, fonts are cleaner and that's good..
I've already tried that link on the forumn, but nothing works there on the registry hacks.

I got another theme there called Ceti Mint which is more grey background.

I guess I'm just out of luck, never had this issue in windows 7.
The problem is nothing fixes my application issues.

Yeah, Microsoft has killed the ability of using 3rd party theme patching in Ten, which alienates many sight impaired users(we have quite a few such members here).

Well I thank you for at least fixing one issue. I'll use firefox now.
Forum rocks and very helpfull!

You're welcome. Have you tried importing your iTunes playlist into Groove? and trying that in HC mode?

The washed out iTunes menu could be a matter of changing the color of "Disabled items" or "Hyperlinks", I'm not sure at the moment;
