What's the deal on this Brink? I'm not getting it offered through WU. Is it something that has to be downloaded manually from the catalog? I'm not disinclined to keep up-to-date, but I do like to know what I'm getting myself into. Maybe I should try it out on a test machine...hmmm....
PS: the not uninstallable item in the notes is a little bit interesting/weird, too... Why don't they just say "may be uninstalled?"

It appears to only be available to Insiders in the Release Preview and Slow ring. The update installed in a W10 Home (VM) on Release Preview ring for me today via Windows Update.
