What's the deal on this Brink? I'm not getting it offered through WU. Is it something that has to be downloaded manually from the catalog? I'm not disinclined to keep up-to-date, but I do like to know what I'm getting myself into. Maybe I should try it out on a test machine...hmmm....

PS: the not uninstallable item in the notes is a little bit interesting/weird, too... Why don't they just say "may be uninstalled?"

It appears to only be available to Insiders in the Release Preview and Slow ring. The update installed in a W10 Home (VM) on Release Preview ring for me today via Windows Update.

Indeed. I can only access and download from within IP.
1607 does not allow access to the download catalog (yet?) for this update.

Mmm. I'm also getting a CU KB3197954. I'm on RP.
