Got one, it's called a clean install from iso.

That won`t work if you cannot start your computer.

Not a lot of things will work if you can't start your computer!

The only situation that would prevent someone from doing a clean instillation of the OS from a DVD/USB Flash would be a hard ware issue. In my case I just pop the DVD in and fire up my PC and I can do a clean install any time I like.. well as long as the hardware is fine.

Now this sounds interesting.. I can't wait to see what he's taking about!!

Go JASON of MS!

Yes. If that becomes a reality, a lot of users will be very grateful.

Two days ago my Surface 4 pro could not boot up, inserted Easus rescue and backup usb, no result.
Inserted W10 Media Creation ISO which informed me no drivers available, so impossible to go any further.
Have now no other option than to return to M$ to be wiped clean and a reinstallation of the software.
