Multiple BSODs on new build


Hi,

I've been getting quite frequent BSODs since I had my new PC delivered. After installing all of my drivers and apps I've been getting various crashes to these screens. These can be during or after gaming, or just during normal usage - there really isn't a correlation of sorts.
The BSODs are outlined below and the DM log ZIP is attached.

3x DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
1x WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR
1x CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Update: New BSOD, attached the dump. Was running NVIDIA GeForce Experience at the time which was refreshing itself.

I haven't replied to your thread because of your own responses, they make it look like your getting helped by someone, because the last few days were quite busy I'm for now ignoring the threads where it looks like the OP is being helped to help others who certainly aren't being helped.

Please update the BIOS to the most recent version 1801.

It looks like most of the crashes are 0xD1, these crashes are caused by pagefaults at a IRQL level 13 which is for hardware interrupts and IRQL 2 or above doesn't allow pagefaults to be occured. There are 2 sides of why a pagefault could occur and given that you've had a 0x124 which is basically a hardware error I'm currently assuming that the side we're dealing with is the hardware side.
Please run MemTest86+ per below instructions.

MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 complete passesfor conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zeroerrors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.


Make a photo of the result and post it.

Addition:
If errors show up you can stop the test, remove all sticks but 1 and test this single stick in each slot for 8 passes or until errors show, switch sticks and repeat.
If errors show up and you see them a lot later, no problem, the errors don't affect the test.

I thought that was the case. I'll bear that in mind for next time!
Concerning the driver BSODs, were any particular drivers referenced or did they indicate the RAM was at fault too?

No drivers were mentioned, that is another reason why I think it is the hardware side.

As you mentioned RAM, I had a look in my BIOS and discovered that a slightly overclocked RAM voltage had been applied on initial setup (Overclockers built my machine, although it isn't supposed to be an OC'ed rig) I returned the value from 1.35V to the RAM manufacturer standard of 1.2V for the sticks and I had no BSODs last night. I'll monitor the situation over the next few days

It's looking like the DRAM voltage was the cause of them as I've gone from having multiple BSODs per day to having none for the past 3 days now. Thanks for your help! I'll mark this as solved
