The link takes you to the advanced driver & download page, click on Serial ATA where you'll find the right drivers.

Your Intel(R) C600 Series Chipset SATA AHCI Controller device is using this driver to 'control' the hard drive.
You can remove the software, but the drivers cannot be removed without major problems.
Code:
Name Intel(R) C600 Series Chipset SATA AHCI Controller Manufacturer Intel Corporation Status OK PNP Device ID PCIVEN_8086&DEV_1D02&SUBSYS_05411028&REV_063&11583659&0&FA I/O Port 0x0000F070-0x0000F077 I/O Port 0x0000F060-0x0000F063 I/O Port 0x0000F050-0x0000F057 I/O Port 0x0000F040-0x0000F043 I/O Port 0x0000F020-0x0000F03F Memory Address 0xFB205000-0xFB2057FF IRQ Channel IRQ 4294967294 Driver c:windowssystem32driversiastora.sys (3.5.0.1092, 561.96 KB (575,448 bytes), 2/15/2013 12:34 AM)
