Infinite Start up problem

Hi, so last night I used my computer for about 4 hrs, and it did just fine. This morning I turn it on, and it is incredibly slow starting up. It would load the screen to type my password, but wouldn't even let me type for about 10 mins. Eventually I got in, but it was just so slow it was useless. I booted up to the troubleshoot menu, and after awhile decided to just do a full system restore. Now it is a lot worse, and every time I boot up it gives me an automatically diagnosing message, and wont let me advance or even boot up in safe mode, and keeps telling me it didn't restart correctly. Since I did a full restore, there are no restore points, no recognizable anything... No idea what to do, was thinking about taking out the hard drive and taking it somewhere???

You can't boot up at all ? Do you have a recovery disk ? If you can boot up...

Try to reset Windows: Settings/Update/Security and Recovery

You can save your files. May have to reinstall some add-ons/software.

Are you running the latest anniversary update 1607 ?

No, I cant even log in. It just keeps telling me I have to restart my computer, no matter what action I take. Then when I restart i'm in the exact same place. I cant get to settings, and I restored my computer completely thinking that would fix it, but now I cant recover from any date even though I previously tried that and it didn't work.

Windows 10 ISO Download

If you do not have a recovery disk, I would recommend using the computer you are now typing with and reload Windows (Option 1)

what exactly do you mean reload windows with the computer I'm using? Im using a mac book atm

Did you read the tutorial ?

Use the mac to download Windows to a USB drive. Once you go to the Media Creation Tool on the link from the tutorial, it takes you thru the steps.

No, my fault I was on mobile and didn't see the link. Thanks for that, I believe I know how to boot from a USB through bios. I'll see if that works.

I can't even boot from a flash drive... I've tried messing with every setting in the bios, nothing will boot from the drive. I either get a message that says to insert a boot device, and press any key to continue. OR I get a message when I think it actually should be working, that gives me the mapping of my system and tells me to press esc in 5 seconds...

So, I've just replaced the motherboard AND the hard drive... still telling me to select proper boot device and restart. wtf am I doing wrong?
