Got it here all installed reboot needed.
I'm going to wait, nothing's broken here!
(Changing Device Installation Settings seems to work)
For me the download is stuck at 85%.
Got the update installed. . .it appeared to fix the problem with the start menu (as I said appeared), so hopefully I can attempt to use the start menu over the task bar (would like to see if that shoe fits (used to the start screen in 8.1 and Mac OS X).
Never had that problem but the problem with hiding taskbar still remains even in 10134.
