I got Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3081438) this morning but also update for AMD GPU, checked after driver installation and it's exactly same as before, I have all the numbers stored so I know if version changes. WTH did it download and install than ?
Btw. I still have to push Check for updates button to see and download updates.

So if i understand correctly, this update supersedes August 5th update and contain all the fixes included in KB3081424 as well as August 11 security update. Is that correct ?.

The point is MS is trying to put out patches as quickly as possible, but if they have to write detailed notes on each and every patch before release it'll delay release of the patches.
I just fired up my laptop and opened Windows update. It was already downloading and at 5%.
