How safe is it to clean Registry after 10586 update?

As you can see it shows a lot of stuffs that need to be cleaned in Registry.
Is it safe to clean it the whole or maybe I could choose to clean the non system registries only or something?

I would leave it but there are hundreds of threads (incorrectly in my opinion) extoling the benefits of cleaning the registry.

You'll not see a benefit if you do it and it might (but probably won't as CCleaner is quite conservative) break something. So a small risk for zero benefit is how I see it.

I did a cleanup using CCleaner a few days ago.
First I cleaned out the temporary files, then scanned for issues in the registry. I had a lot of errors like you.
I did not select all the registry issues, only the ones that I thought was safe. After the cleanup my Windows store would not open.
Had to restore my computer from a system image.
I have a paid version of CCleaner Pro, and I am seriously thinking about uninstalling it.

Well of course that choice is up to you. I run CCleaner Pro on both my computers, have for years. Runs just fine for me. I actually run it maybe 15 times a day just to clean out IE11 ....lol

That's what my first thoughts were too, if the benefits are almost zero, then yeah there is no point risking it.
I kinda believed that it indeed does speed up at least little your PC but if not then yea not worth risking it.

I did a registry cleaning with CCleaner after the update and my system is still working good, no problems so far.

I've cleaned the registry also after installing 10586 with no issues.

But did you both have that many Registries as mine in the picture?

Every PC is different with different software if you are not sure it's better to leave it alone and don't do the registry cleaning

There are risks associated with cleaning the registry. CCleaner is safer than most and problems rarely occur but as the potential for damage if something did go wrong is great I would not do it. The benefits of registry cleaning are primarily found in ads for registry cleaners. Many computer technicians have had to deal with many problems caused by registry cleaners. To me the risks far outweigh the questionable benefits. You will find that most experienced computer users have similar views. There are of course exceptions.

The number of errors shown in the screenshot is really very small. It is not unusual for a registry cleaner to report hundreds of registry errors, almost all being of little or no consequence.

Registry cleaners do have a place when used by an expert to solve specific problems. But most people who use them have only a vague idea of what the registry is and that is a dangerous combination. A registry cleaner is a tool and like all such requires knowledge and experience to be used properly. In the hands of a skilled surgeon a scalpel is a life saving tool but in the hands of the unskilled it is dangerous.
