The new task bar calendar is off by one day. At the top of the calendar, where the time is shown, the date (day month, day and year) are correct. But the calendar below showing all the days of the month is off by one day. For example, it says today is Tuesday, August 17, 2015 rather than Monday...etc.

Thank you for any help you offer.

Hi Yawpkahrma, welcome to the windowssh blog.

Please make a screenshot showing the clock & calendar on your desktop and post it here. The easiest way is to open the clock & calendar and press WIN + PrintScreen, the screenshot will then be saved in your user folder in Pictures/Screenshots.

Have you tried to fix it and then see if it's still correct tomorrow?

Right click over the date/time area in the bottom right.
Click on Adjust date/time.
Make the correction.

sorry........... I can see that's not going to fix it.

When you click on the date/time area on the bottom right, what do you see?

I get the actual calendar for the month of August and all the days are right.... from the 1st to the 31st.

Is that what you are seeing?

You can also go to...

Start
Control Panel
Clock, Language and Region
Set the Time and Date

to check it out.

Here's a screenshot (I hope)

I'm not OP, but I do have the same problem. Here's a screenshot of my Desktop with the Date and the Calendar.

Your set First day of the weekis Sunday. Try changing it to Monday, sign out from Windows and back in and change it back to Sunday. Does this fix the issue?

You can change the first day of the week in Settings > Time & Language> Date & Time> Formats > Change date & time formats.

No. I changed it to Monday and I am still getting all the dates being one day off.
