Can you be more specific as to where this folder is? Is it in your top level directory such as C: or in a subfolder?

What are the contents?

I have a partition
It's in G drive
Thanks for ur response

What IS the partition?

If in G Drive, what is that drive used for on the system?

If you double click to open, what is inside?

Right click on the folder in G: drive and have a look at Properties. On the security tab you should be able to see what permissions you have and hopefully be able to change them. Post a screenshot as it may help us diagnose the problem.

I suspect these are folders that were created when you installed applications. If that you need take ownership. Take Ownership Take Ownership - Add to Context Menu in Windows 10 - Windows 10 blog

Why don't you try saving any other folders or files you want from that drive and then simply re-formatting the partition using Disk Management.
