WinX - Blue Screen - Error: HAL_INITIALIZATION ERROR HELP!

Hey guys,

Long story short, I bought my mother a new HD for her Laptop but realized I did not have a bootable Winx or Win7 disk (They are burned but are not Bootable). So I downloaded Magic ISO and everything seemed Ok, my Vypre antivirus came up and asked if I wanted to do it anyways, and like an idiot I said allow. My comp has been working TIP TOP so this just came out of absolutely nowhere.

I do have a video of my starting up my computer to show you it hasn't finished uploading to youtube yet but I will post it in comments.

I can boot into my computer for about 20 seconds before it gives me the blue screen with sad face, a 1800 number and the error message

Error: HAL_INITIALIZATION FAILED

**JUST SO EVERYONE KNOWS, I DO NOT NEED ANYTHING ON MY PREVIOUS PARTITION SO A FACTORY RESET IS FINE WITH ME, I NEED NO FILES ON THE COMPUTER THEY ARE BACKED UP ON EXTERNALS**

I do not have boot able windows X DVD
I can not be on my desktop for more than 20 sec before I have to restart or just stare at the blue screen.
Is there a way to rollback my computer to a prior date via BIOS or pre-boot somewhere?
Is there a factory reset built into windows 10 where I could use the BIOS to do it?
No matter what I cannot boot into my computer for long so fixing the problem via BIOS is the only way.

PLEASE HELP I've never come across this yet in my life.
Should I use my other laptop to burn a bootable win x cd and just fresh install if I can?
I'm not familiar with the USB way of doing it. Please help!

i will find a video for you how to create a bootble usb with windows 10 I have a question to ask you when you add whatever Windows 7 or window eight on your PC the you ever upgrade to window 10
