About another problem

Hello,
in first I am sorry for my bad english. In second, I installed w10 yesterday and today I notice an excessive battery consuption, because with the 100% battery charge and without usage, after 38 minutes the battery charge go down to 74% and I do not know why. In w8.1 I was able to work with autocad and other graphic programs for two hours and if this are the premise I doubt that with w10 I will do the same.
The Battery usage report is:

Anyone have the same problem?
Thank you for the help.

A 26% drop after idling for 38 min is too excessive, did you check task manager CPU usage, did you enable battery saver function? maybe your Windows 10 is still "settling down" and eating CPU/disk/memory (it may last a couple of hours or more)

After a few days the situation is the same. This is the new battery report:

Another problem is that the pc does not shut down, when shutting down the system the screen turn off but the processor remains on. I cannot find any post about that for w10.
Thank you for the help.

I've had one of my laptops for 2+ years and installed fresh Win 10 on it and the next day the battery leaked acid onto the table... I've had laptops since the early 90s and never seen this happen. LOL

I've been using the beta on my laptop for months and I noticed an immediate improvement in battery life. This should be expected, since Windows 10 shuts off unused CPU cores and loads less services into RAM.

What you are seeing is definitely some sort of bug. What kind of PC is it?

My battery life has decreased about 50% since upgrading from 8.1 to 10. My laptop only lasts about 1.5 hours now from a 100% charge..... Very disappointing.

*Looking at my netbook*

To OP. did you check CPU, disk, network usage to see possible runaway processes as well as power save mode and CPU throttling?

So, I have this problem, that my computer doesn't shut down. So to solve this problem, You should check the Intel(R) Management Engine Interface. If there is version 11.... so this is the problem. You should change it to 9.5.2.1489 version... I've change this driver, so the problem disappeared in my computer!
Good luck!
