CD drive won't open by button or by choosing 'Eject' in Computer

I have an Acer laptop, bought in November, 2014 and about 6 months ago, I tried using the CD drive for the first time.It opened but it didn't read the disc. Now, I tried opening it and the button won't work and choosing Eject says:
'An error occured ejecting :G '
I tried uninstalling the driver and rebooting, trying to open by button while starting the laptop, etc. Nothing worked!
What can I do?
I really want to play GTA V

Replace the DVD drive?

Hello and welcome to the blog Andy 1234. What does device Manager show for your DVD Drive?

Replace the DVD drive?
Umm, it worked with Windows 8.1 but after upgrading it won't.And, I've got an extra 2 year warranty on it, so it will be void. That was quite expensive, like 70 bucks or 250 romanian lei so yeah.
Plus, I got it with Linux, and so I don't think they will accept it with Windows 10.

It says that is working properly just like in the pic.It is an ST500LTO12-1DG142 btw. Here is a pic :

I thought about it being disconnected from the power cable cause it has a little LED bulb that is usually on but now it is off.But anyways, I can't open the PC as the warranty will be void.If nothing works, I will try sending to Bucharest to get it fixed.

Try to restart, and repeatedly press the eject button while windows loads.

Sadly, I did that and it didn't work.Maybe I should uninstall UltraIso? And other disc related stuff?
