Windows Store 0x80070005 Error when downloading new apps

Hello to everyone.

Since Windows 10 1607 update I am driven crazy with this error (0x800070005) which appears when I try to download new app.

Old Windows Store apps are working normally, but I can't download any new one. I tried several solutions I found on internet, without success:
1) powershell and command prompt commands for manual resseting store
2) WSReset.exe
3) that WIndows Repair software that is often mentioned
4) Changing permisions on packages folder, WindowsApps folder etc...

Not a single solution worked. I tried system restore, but once system updates to 1607, it starts again. It is clean Windows 10 install...

Only thing that worked: I made other account, local one. On that account, I logged in Windows Store with my normal account I otherwise use. On that local account, signed only to Windows Store, I can download apps normally. When I return to my standard account, I can install only apps that I downloaded to my local account before - but not other one...

Except reinstalling whole damn thing, migrating account to new one would maybe help... But it is a little too much to do now, so is there any other solution that I maybe missed? I really can not believe that I have to reinvent wheel (to create new my account) just to use damn Windows Store normally?

Thanks in advance!

Have you tried this, which I assume you've seen?

You could try (only) the permissions repairs in Tweaking.com's cautious free repair tool.

This may be of interest:
Restore and reinstall Windows Store in Windows 10 after removing with PowerShell
Note the comment
"If you get the error "access denied" or something like that, you might need to take ownership of the WindowsApps folder. See the article on How to take ownership and get full access to files and folders in Windows 10."

Already tried this, with no luck...

I never removed Windows Store, if anything, I did used it from start out of curiosity... I took ownership of WindowsApps folder also...

Useless as skin disease...

Anyway, I have no luck finding solution. I just don't know should I wait for next upgrade, will hopefully solve this problem, or to try to migrate my account to new one, which is too time consuming now...

maybe..

Dalchina, thank you for assistance!

However, problem was solved with new win update (1607, build 14393.187 (I was on 105 before)) - now store installs app correctly. I hope that it stays that way this time, but we will see... This Windows 10 Is still beta, no matter what MS says. I hope they will get their act together, it is good OS.

Best regards!

Great- you were lucky with that. I'm generally happy with '10 so long as I don't use the native start menu or most of the universal apps.
