Cannot figure out just where or why this error is happening.
I replaced my printer which was a HP 6700. I used the control panel and removed it from devices and printers.
I then installed the new one which is a HP 7610. It is working fine.
But everytime I start the system or do a restart I get this error.
How can I get rid of the error occuring?

Can you please let us see your System Information File?System Information File - Create in Windows 10 - Windows 10 blog
Arc I tried to create the system info file and tried both steps described by Brink and each time I tried to attach the file I get a message that the file is invalid.

It is Boozad, not Brink this time.
Can you try the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions?
It will create a zip file on the desktop of your computer. Upload the unaltered zip.

Hi Arc;
Thank you for fixing the message.
no longer shows when I rebooted and did it several times.
I usually use Revo Uninstaller but have not been doing it since 10 came out. thought perhaps that the uninstall left something behind.
