How to install KB3035583 update

According to all the documentation that I've read, this update to Get Windows 10 can only be obtained through Windows Update.

I have several builds of Windows 7 Pro on 'stand alone' HDs but after intalling all updates that are available, KB3035583 is not included.

So, it begs the question: How do you get this update if Windows Update doesn't?

I satisfy all of the 4 points that are required to qualify for a 'free' upgrade to Windows 10.

From my understanding this KB is installed via the Windows Update and there is no separate download for it.

did you install Internet Explorer 11 on those Windows 7 Pro computers? KB3035583 won't be offered unless you have Win7 SP1 + IE11 (as well as the latest KB2952664 update). Also the Win7 Pro editions you have should be either OEM or retail versions and KB3035583 won't also be offered if Win7 Pro was installed using a volume license key (MAK or KMS).
