System restore fixed my problems, and now I am back to a almost fully functioning O.S,except the windows store is not able to download anything(just like before I ****ed up the O.S),I will probably not try to fix it on my own,but if anybody has any suggestions I would try the out,oh and the error code was and is the same(0x80070005)
*FIXED REGISTRY*==================================================================I think the problem is related to the registry keys in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftInternet ExplorerMain
being locked,I cant use regedit to change permissions(with admin too),regdelnull did not find the key so its not with embedded-null characters.
This key is preventing me from installing Skype and fixing Microsoft office, and some windows updates are failing because of it,saying I have no permissions.
This guy is having a similar problem Silverlight fails to install 1063 with root cause of 1402Well after lots of permission tikering I have managed to gain ownership of the registry and now office is able to install which means it works, sadly windows store is STILL not working... means that it is something else...OLD PROBLEM==================================================================Hello,
I am experiencing very bad issues with windows 10,my first two installs failed, and this one was working,I managed to get all of my old personal files and it was fine and dandy, until I noticed that the windows store was not working.I spent 3 hours fixing it and it started opening,great!,but... I noticed it couldn't download anything ,and by trying to spam commands into cmd to fix the store,I ****ed it up.
I went into safe mode, did a system restore, booted up win 10 - blue-screened.(I have the logs, dmp files).Went into built in troubleshooter and did everything, and then... from the troubleshooter did system restore, from the same point AGAIN!
Now I booted up windows, desktop starts slower and usually requires me to run explorer.exe manually ,I was happy that it had finally seemed ok,until I found out that every single tile app was not working... Only mail, calendar and groove music works...
How don't they work?Well the store closes in 1 second, the other apps say they can't open and redirect me to seek info in the store,oh and the tiles are grey.P.S This was one of the most painful O.S installations I have ever done in my life uP
Dump file(I don't know if I should be posting this here,it's no longer giving me BSOD's)

I already see how you invest another set of hours just to see that you cannot fix this blue screen (and remember that even if you could fix it, there is no guarantee that afterwards the store would be working).
I would try a new install - and I would ask myself, why my system is always failing. Arbitrarily running stuff from the command line could be part of the problem... ;-)
First of all,I would have gladly done a reinstall...if only it was not so painful to do,at this point I have a cloneed external drive sitting and it is identical to my current personal files since I havent really done anything over the past two days.
To do a reinstall would mean reinstalling, then downloading drivers and stuff, then manualy settings file permissions on the external drive to copy my files over(painful!) and praying to lord almighty that my files do not magicaly break the O.S again...
Looking back...I should have just pressed the downgrade to win 8.1 button xD
Well I am going to do the last ditch atempt at fixing the stuff windows restore ****ed...and that is runing windows restore in clean boot!
P.S I only have a restore point to the moment when only my store was not working...I had a better one when everything was ok...but windows deleted it ... sad...
System restore fixed my **** up,so now I am only left with the small store download issue.
Tweaking.com - Windows Repair fixed all of my current issues. Solved.
Just for the record: WIndows has a refresh function, with which you can refresh your system. I did not have to use it myself yet, but this function should be able to restore the system while keeping drivers, personal files and so on in tact. This would be the installation method, which I would try first.
