The disappearance of all my files stored on your PC

Yeah . Software and applications still exist
But nothing special My Profile
No photos
No videos
No Audio
Other files are not

What's the solution ?

What exactly did the Windows install on this computer do? If there was any kind of "format and install" or "replace the current OS" there is going to be a long long hard road to recover your data folders and files. Do not continue using current Windows! As it runs, it deletes, writes, deletes, writes -- possibly endangering recovery of your data folders and files. On another computer, can you make a Puppy Linux usb or dvd boot? I assume you did not make any backups before this happened?

sounds like you may have logged in on another account, or more likely logged in on a non microsoft linked account instead of your microsoft linked account.

meaning that you have all the same apps and software as any other login but none of the personal files... just a guess.

Previous posters reminded me -- I totally forgot about the AppData/My Document combine for each account. I hope you will discover your folders and files real soon!
