Hello and welcome to the windowssh blog
Obviously this is not a w10 issue but hopefully you will get some good pointers to solve the problem.
Like you I suspected RAM but you seem to have ruled that out - however, I would run a Memtest86+ scan of both sticks just to be sure.
Have you tried resetting the BIOS to defaults just in case there is an error in one of the settings?
Can you run the PC in the BIOS setup mode and monitor temperatures + voltages to see if they are correct. Is your power supply adequate?
Do you use a graphics card or have you tried different connections (HDMI or DVI or display ports etc.).
Have you tried removing everything attached to the PC apart from the mouse and keyboard and monitor?
Hope these suggestions will help with the troubleshooting.
You mean CLOCL_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT?
You said you can boot into the BIOS. Get into it. Set it to defaults. Check if all the disks are detected there. If not, unplug the SATA cables and plug back.
Set the RAM to 2133MHz, not any more. Set the CPU to default clocks. Remove the graphics card and apply the display cable to the motherboards end. The processor and the motherboardsays .... If CSM is enabled, disable it and let the BIOS use the UEFI features.
Now run the windows installer from boot, let it format the disk and install windows. Does it work?
If yes, fine. Add the graphics card back.
If not, test your RAM modules for possible errors.MemTest86+ - Test RAMRun memtest86+ for at least 8 consecutive passes.
If it start showing errors/red lines, stop testing. A single error is enough to determine that something is going bad there.
Take a camera snap of the memtest86+ window before closing the program. Let us see it.

I am running memtest now as we speak, I will be looking into the results tomorrow for I have night shift atm thank you for the replies and hopefully we can come to a solution tomorrow..
OK, that's good. Let it run for at least consecutive passes.
So update..
My bios was apparently not the latest version, updated this woth however no effect to the problem, as I am sure one RAM is broken I have to memtest the other, the other one no longer shows up in bios and gives code 41 error on maximus hero, the other one I'll have to see in memtest,
As Arc suggested..
I only get display with gpu but not onboard graphics.. Faulty motherboard?
A RAM is not being detected. The integrated graphics is not working.
The board seems to be faulty (or the processor; as memory controller and graphics is integrated to the CPU itself).
Can you RMA the hardware components?
I think I can RMA the mobo but nit the cpu.. Maybe I'll just wait the result of memtest and try new ram first before heading that path
So! Wanted to give you guys an update!! Since I never give I was thinking about Arc's solution and figured maybe my monitor was too old for my mobo, so I plugged in my pc in my tv without graphics card and csm disabled and it worked!! However the BSOD persists but I figure that this outcome points me directly to RAM.. No?
Good to know that the PC boots now. First step is done.
Now let us concentrate on the BSODs.
