BSOD greatly increased since Windows 10 upgrade

I had BSOD issues in Windows 8.1 that I am not confident completely resolved, but they did improve greatly. I suspected that a windows update may have addressed the issue that was causing frequent (daily) BSODs. However when I upgraded to Windows 10, the BSODs returned with multiple per day and no discernable pattern other than heavier computer use tends to increase the likelihood. The computer often crashes upon boot though as well. I've seen many different messages associated with the BSODs.

I did run SFC and DISM with no issues identified.

Please remove / disable items from the startup in taskmanager
These programs could interfere with the boot process giving you trouble and increase the boot time.

I suggest to run Hardware Diagnostics, starting with the bootable onces.
For the memory test, run MemTest86+ for at least 8 complete passes straight

This is something I see a lot, and there are some 0x1A(MEMORY_MANAGEMENT) with the video memory as possible cause.

I removed the graphics cards and ran off of the IGD only and still had crashes. Ran Memtest and saw a sea of red immediately. Interestingly, I could not even get the Windows built in memory test to complete, it would also crash.

The bad stick is on its way back to Corsair now.

Not sure if can declare victory yet, will wait and see if the machine can go 24 hours without a BSOD.

I would recommend to use MemTest86 or MemTest86+ instead of the built-in feature.
MemTest86 or MemTest86+, depending on the DDR, is very often able to find any errors where the built-in feature fails in finding it.

No additional crashes since removing the bad memory. I am marking as solved, thank you.
