Libraries "Camera Roll" and "Saved Pictures" keep resurrecting!

The library entries just wont stay the way I leave them. I have just arranged my libraries and deleted the two mentioned folders, then they appeared againd and made a mess of my tasbar... This is a serious problem because of how I use the library folder structure on the taskbar.
like this:

I would like to ask for a method to prevent "Camera Roll" and "Saved Pictures" library entries from constantly regenrate - and thus make a mess of my library toolbar
like this:

maybe there is some app that generates them that I could uninstall? or is there a system folder or registry entry for libraries that I could make read-only, thus preventing the two entries from appearing there?
Ah and even after spending some two hours with purging those darn folders in This PC folder, suddenly the "pictures" folder just appeared there... I am starting to give up on this OS...

any help would be appreciated... thanks

If you're using a web cam they will always come back.

Edit: You could hide the folders.

Thanks for your reply. Now, I do not use a webcam. And they are coming back as LIBRARIES, I have no problem with them appearing in the pictures folder. They should not appear as LIBRARIES especially not after I deleted them form LIBRARIES. Any other solutions?

Ps.: and no, you cannot hide the library entries they create for themselves, either...

i notice they appear after using Edge... sorry.. have no solution though.

Oh, That's a new one for me... I took a look to see what you meant(I use the Desktop toolbar too, but only to show the recycle bin).

Is this basically what's happening:

Yes, that exactly is the problem. Now I use the libraries toolbar to quickly access my personal folders, because I store them on a non-system partition. I include the windows default picture folder along with my own in one library item, for example, and it does save me a lot of time and hassle as I dont have to open folders separately each time I need to organize or work on my files.
It look like this normally:

and this is how it looks like a few minutes later:

I just noticed the same behavior on my system, and it's a brand-new installation.

I have to guess this is some sort of oversight because, while these (somewhat) make sense as folders, having a library dedicated to them makes no sense as they are single folders.

On a side note, I wish I could stop the generation of the two folders entirely. In addition, in the Pictures folder, I also have two other empty folders: Screenshots and Slide Shows. I have no idea what generated them.

I have mine set up differently but can't seem to find a fix. The only place those two are shown as a library is on the toolbar. treeing from This PC instead of libraries doesn't show them. Can you set your toolbar up that way?

There is an option for library items not to show up on the navigation pane:

Is there no way to, perhaps, make some files read-only so that the library structure could stay unchanged?
