Manage.reg in windows 10

Hello friends

is there a solution about Manage.reg
because It does not function on Windows 10 and access denied

Hello Elgamal, and welcome to windowssh blog.

What is that, and do you have a link from where you got it?

I think the OP means this:

Code:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 ;Restores the "Manage" command to My Computer context menu ;Ramesh Srinivasan ;http://windowsxp.mvps.org [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOTCLSID{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}shellManage] @=hex(2):40,00,25,00,77,00,69,00,6e,00,64,00,69,00,72,00,25,00,5c,00,73,00,79, 00,73,00,74,00,65,00,6d,00,33,00,32,00,5c,00,6d,00,79,00,63,00,6f,00,6d,00, 70,00,75,00,74,00,2e,00,64,00,6c,00,6c,00,2c,00,2d,00,34,00,30,00,30,00,00, 00 "SuppressionPolicy"=dword:4000003c [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOTCLSID{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}shellManagecommand] @=hex(2):25,00,77,00,69,00,6e,00,64,00,69,00,72,00,25,00,5c,00,73,00,79,00,73, 00,74,00,65,00,6d,00,33,00,32,00,5c,00,6d,00,6d,00,63,00,2e,00,65,00,78,00, 65,00,20,00,2f,00,73,00,20,00,25,00,77,00,69,00,6e,00,64,00,69,00,72,00,25, 00,5c,00,73,00,79,00,73,00,74,00,65,00,6d,00,33,00,32,00,5c,00,63,00,6f,00, 6d,00,70,00,6d,00,67,00,6d,00,74,00,2e,00,6d,00,73,00,63,00,00,00 [HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionPoliciesExplorer] "NoManageMyComputerVerb"=- [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionPoliciesExplorer] "NoManageMyComputerVerb"=-
however, all those elements are there already:

If so, then these may help.

Manage - Add or Remove from Computer Context Menu - Windows 7 Help blog

Manage - Fix - Windows 7 Help blog

Indeed this is what I am talking about .
fix manage.reg for 7 or 8.1 not work in win 10 .. look sir

Elgamal,

Are you signed in to an administrator account when merging the .reg files?

If not, then that would be why you are getting this error.

I know sir
administrator account and Already used it
please sir . can you try in your Pc and you will Know what i mean . thank you

Just to verify that we're giving the right solution, what is wrong with your Manage context menu?

Since you are signed in as an administrator, that means the registry key below that the .reg file restores to default has not been modified by your or anything else. By default, only the system has access to the key below unless changed. This would be why the error message is telling you that some of the .reg file has not been successfully imported due to insufficient privileges (access rights).

Check your registry key below to make sure it's the same as in the screenshots below. This is the default for the This PC "Manage" context menu.

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOTCLSID{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}shellManage

...Besides that, those are high security keys, you won't even be able to change permissions on those.
