Duplicate Updates for Office 2013

Hello,
after several tries and re-tries to install some Office 2013 updates, it was giving me errors or download problems, now my win10 seems to be happy with its updates.

My problem NOW is that i have multiple and duplicate (x3 or x5) entries in the installed entries in the Installed Updates List: see screenshots



In the registry I found those duplicates in these keys location, an example for all:
Security Update for Microsoft Excel 2013 (KB3085502) 64-Bit Edition DUPLICATES 5 times.

As you can see what changes is the Product ID while the PatchID is the same.

Should I clean duplicates entries?
Will it affect my system performance?
I'm afraid it will defrag and bloat the registry.

having the same problem. it happens only with Office 2016 updates.
any help please.

I would like to have other people opinion, because I'm feeling that is a normal behaviour; I mean that updates patches applies to different office products: word, excel, onenote, etc...
so for some reason it register the update entry 2 or 3 or 4 times.

Anybody can confirm this?
