windows 10 high mem usage ( poolman screenshot inc )

hello good people , My name is najeeb

So iv upgraded from my good ol 8.1 to 10 a while ago , while its a pleasing os , its high memory usage issues annoy me allot . Yes i have researched before coming here , i reinstalled my all mobo drivers inc lan , audio etc etc , re did the nvidia drivers , so i have done the drivers part , now i read about poolmon , i fired up a game and then poolmon , pressed P and then D on pool mon to get to the specified area , here is the result ,

note that the top 3 memory consumers go higher than that but just to give a hint these are the main culprits , now the thing is i have no idea what they are or how to trace them , your help would be appreciated people

note :system.exe aka ntoskrnl.exe takes up allot of ram bottle necking any app that im running

i have also disabled the location , system tips etc as suggested by various sites . i did try disabling super fetch but it gave rather unpleasant results .

and here is a screen shot of both the paged and the non paged ones with just 5 mins of gameplay .

EDIT: so i found out that tags "smNp" and "smBt" are actually for the readyboost driver , odd since i am not using that feature

are these blog active ?

I would say people avoid answering you questions, because you seem pretty knowledgeable.
For a normal user I would recommend CleanMem to deal with memory leaks, but not for you.

Many people have problems after they have upgraded instead of a clean install, so maybe that is it.
If you can not do a clean install, try to do a standard maintenance, like "sfc /scannow"& "chkdsk /r".

I could only recommend you my little experiment I put together to fix some things using DISM Fix.bat.

I had this issue with buggy μTorrent. It steals Windows global memory.
