CPU Usage HIGH

Hello guys good day, any idea about my problem with windows 10 pro 64bit. i notice this high cpu usage after changing my usb keyboard to ps2. . when i was using usb keyboard , i never encounter this problem but my keyboard wont funtion anymore. so i change it to a PS2 keyboard then after a few hours of using my desktop. i notice a lag. when i checked task manager my cpu usage won't go back to normal like 12% cpu usage . always 77% when i open google it will become 99%

Is that some fancy KB with ether functions than standard ? Could be that it needs a special driver from it's manufacturer.

Since system services cause problems, try to perform a regular cleanup, download bat and run it as admin:

Im using Corsair STRAFE RGB but my keyboard need RMA that's why i use Logitech KB PS2 for back up only while waiting for my keyboard. suddenly this CPU usage problem came up.
