Hello everyone,
Sorry if this question is stupid. But if I upgrade today will it still be free? According to some websites the price goes up on the 30th, but microsoft itself seems to state very strongly that the price goes up on the 29th.
If I update now will I have to pay for it?
Please let me know.
Thank you so much.

(P.s. I tried updating yesterday before the hard-n-fast deadline, but deleted an android partition and messed up the bootloader, preventing me from loading Windows. I fixed that this morning, but alas, it is the 29th now. So I am wondering if I can still get the free upgrade?)
website won't come up for me here at work but:
Windows - Microsoft
Should show about 14 hours left. Going to be interesting to see who gets the last upgrade in before the deadline.
Thanks
Turns out my pc's internal clock is 2 days fast (from my time in china 3 years ago)
The website said -1 days for me before xD
Now it says something more reasonable yay! xD
Thanks
Upgrading now, will edit this post when I have finished.
Thanks for your help
More interesting will be first to miss it - LOL.
and of course it will be Microsoft's fault that they missed it!
I completed my upgrade just 30 mins past midnight on the 30th. So yes you can upgrade all day on the 29th. Adjust your local time to the Pacific Time. My windows 10 upgrade timer ran based on my local timezone and gave me additional hours when I did that.
As I just posted in this thread :
Free upgrade still working (old technet Keys)
Clean installs with Win7 keys are still working more than 12 hours after the deadline has passed.
