Running Windows 10 on low spec systems

Anyone running 10 on a low spec machine?
( eg. Core 2 processors, and pre Windows 7 compliant)

I'm keen to know how the performance keeps up after a few days, weeks etc.

Hi!
Slow enough?
Intel Pentium B940 Dual Core @ 2.00 GHz. 5 Years old.
And my Maschine run and run and run.....
No Problems.....until now.
Windows 10 Pro x64 installed on 20.07.15

Pretty much same specs for Windows 10 as Windows 8.1, 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster processor or SoC, 1 Gigabyte of RAM, 16GB HDD Space.
Guess will matter what you are using it for.

I have just installed on a low spec machine an old dell xp machine 1.8 ghz core duo, just onboard video,it does however have 6 gig of ddr2 ram and ssd drive. I was surprised how well it runs in fact it runs win10 better than it did win7.Had no issues ,but I only do basic computing .hope this helps

Another good thing to add SSD. Although my system is in no means low spec, resource use is about same as Windows 8.1 for me with same processes running. Do not think going to drag down a low spec if Windows 8.1 did not or even Windows 7

I'm using a Dell Latitude XT2, came with Vista and Core 2, 1.60GHz. currently has 3GB RAM.

I got no apps on it whatsoever and only had 10 for like 5 hours.

So far it's holding up ok but will start to put apps on, this is going to test it.

I ran Windows 7 64bit before but found 32bit to run better, now I have 10 32bit.

You should have gone with 32Bit. I find it runs better in 7, so i'm sticking with 10 32bit.

I'm running Windows 10 Pro (32-bit) on an HP Envy x2 hybrid:

Atom z2760 CPU (1.8GHz "CloverTrail" SOC)
2GB LPDDR2 RAM
64GB eMCC storage
Intel GMA Graphics (PowerVR-based)

So, quite underpowered, but still Windows 10 runs fairly well. Some issues with graphics driver compatibility, but overall it's quite usable.

I don`t think so, because my Maschine run with 8GB RAM. So I must use x64. And I´m very happy with the Performance. Everything is fine and no Problems. My Lenovo is a Hardcore Worker. Run the whole Day with 20 open Windows, Torrent, jDownloader, Viper and so on.... .

I had the thought in mind that you had more than 4Gb.
