BSOD upload file


Help please

I really appreciate you trying to help me and I am a novice at best computer user. I have the file zipped on my desktop but am not sure how to upload it to my post

7. If You HaveAlready Started a Thread in "BSOD Help and Support"

A) Go back to your original thread that you created for your BSOD issue, edit your existing post orreply with a new post, and go to step 9below.
8. If You Have NotAlready Started a Thread in "BSOD Help and Support"

NOTE:Please do not create duplicate threads and postson the same issue. Doing so will only waste your time and the time of other members trying to help.
A) Start a new thread in the BSOD Help and Supportforum area, post all details about your BSOD issue, then go to step 9below.
9.In your BSOD post, upload theYourComputerName-xxxx.zipfile into your post.
Click on the upload link in step 9 ad follow the directions for uploading the zip file.

rdbss.sys is a Windows module so unlikely to be the cause of the problem, but ...

In all of them, PROCESS_NAME: PCPitstopRTSer is listed. Do you have anything from PCPitstop installed? If yes, uninstall it and see how things are.

I took your advice and uninstalled 4 PCPitstop downloads and haven't had the problem occur since fingers crossed but I had purchased the PCMatic anti virus program and the install comes from PCPitstop. I e-mailed them and they sent me a link to re install the anti virus program. I went ahead and re installed and will monitor. Thank you for your help.

Curious why you chose AV from PCPitStop. Win 10 comes with it's own very good Windows Defender and there are many others.
