I am unable to access promptfile.com from my laptop though I am able to access it from my mobile browser. This is a problem coming only for the last one month. I am using windows 10. I am just getting the message that the webpage is not available. Can somebody help me?

I have already tried all the browsers with no effect
Boot to Safe Mode with Networking, try it form there. If okay then something is starting when you boot that is causing the problem, so use Clean Install to isolate the problem.
