ntoskrnl.exe Various Intermittent BSOD Errors

Hello. I have a PC that I built myself 2 years ago, and I've had various Blue Screen and crashing issues with it since I built it. I've posted about these problems a while back on the Windows 8 blog and upon following the advice, the problem I was having at the time went away, but there's always something with this PC. Anyway, right now I'm getting some kernel issues. The main bug check codes I've gotten are SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION and SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED but I believe I've gotten some others. Windows 10 seems to be giving me some general trouble. Since installing it, I've had issues with audio skipping while playing videos, listening to music, on Skype calls, or anything else. It just sounds like the audio driver hangs for a moment every so often. Not a huge deal but pretty annoying to listen to. Back when Windows 10 was first released I installed it and got the same problem but with video stuttering issues as well. I found that Windows had graciously decided to replace my graphics card driver with it's own version. Since then I've reverted back to Windows 8.1 and upgraded to 10 again, and this time I disabled "Microsoft Product" updates so it wouldn't install that driver again. Just today I got two blue screens only one hour apart. The first time Skype had just crashed (wasn't on a call) and the second time I had just attempted to save an Excel file I was working on. This is what has prompted me to post here, since I'm starting to get worried that if I do any real work on this computer, it'll crash and I'll lose something. If anyone has any advice I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you in advance.

Hi Pete993,

Welcome to the 10blog.

Please remove / disable items from the startup in taskmanager
These programs could interfere with the boot process giving you trouble and increase the boot time.

Just in case of
If you are using a program like Ccleaner please stop using it while troubleshooting.
This because programs like Ccleaner remove dump files that are needed to troubleshoot.
Or configure Ccleaner to not remove dump files:
Please remove MSI Afterburner, it is known for causing BSOD's.

Please uninstall everythingof AMD using Display Driver Uninstallerand install new drivers from AMD. Be sure to ONLY install the drivers using custom/advanced options.
