cFosSpeed is The Internet Accelerator Also a part of Asus TurboLAN, which is part of the Asus AI Suite.

Please uninstall the Asus AI Suite and then use the AI Suite uninstaller

Also, please uninstall your Nvidia drivers and reinstall the current version from Nvidia, . When you uninstall the drivers, please uninstall all of the drivers and uninstall the Display driver last. Reboot and install the new drivers, but do not use express install, use custom install. Make sure the Clean Install' box is cheked and uncheck everything except the Display driver and the PhysX driver. Only install those 2.

Next please right click on the start icon and select Command prompt administrator, give admin permissions and copy/paste this into the window that opens and press enter sfc /scannow. If you decide to type it in, please notice the space between the sfc and the /. We want it to say no integrity violations were found. If it says there where corrupt files that could not be repaired, please reboot and run it again. You may have to run it 3 times with reboots in between each time.

See if that helps you any.

I did all those things but it still keeps crashing
