Did a clean install of Win10 on the 30th and was having BSOD issues prior to updating as well. I'm not sure if something is triggering it as sometimes it seems to take a while before happening while other times it happens shortly after booting/waking up.
This time there was an error window pop-up right before the BSOD but I didn't catch what it read. Attached is the file.
Any help is appreciated as this has been a very consistent and frustrating issue.
There are no dump files in your logs, please follow BSOD Minidump - Configure to Create in Windows 10 - Windows 10 blog to ensure you're set to record minidumps.
I did have it set up as option 1 instructed. I followed the instructions for option 2 now, perhaps that method will work.
Will post up again once I get another BSOD....
Keep us posted.
Been away for a little while - got back to it today. CPU lasted about an hour before a BSOD. File attached.
If there are no Minidumps here I'm not sure what else to do as I've followed 2 of the sets of instructions to enable them.
I'll take a look at these tonight when I home from work.
I've had a few more BSODs, one time it said kernel_data_inpage_error instead of the critical process died. Attached is the log collector file
Unforunately the last set of logs are comepletely empty, can you run the tool again and upload the new logs please.
check this thread, it will help you enable memory dump

I've already configured my system with the instructions from the first two options for minidumpos....I will do the third now but I'm not sure what else I can do to make it appear.
