Thanks to Brink for his good tutorial on how to disable location service here:
Location Service - Turn On or Off in Windows 10 - Windows 10 blog
Settings > Home > Taskbar > Turn system icons on or off > Location is ON.
I also want to turn it off via registry only.
Any idea on which key will do it?

Option 4 only turns off the service from registry! Not system tray icon!

Yes, I already disabled service, but as you can see in the screen shot, the button is ON.

Yes I lost my hands in an accident and cant turn it off via settings
So I collect all my customizations in a single .reg file and with each win clean install i apply my settings with a single reg file run!
I'll ask it somewhere else, thanks for your helpful answers
