Join insider program either fast ring or slow ring and you will get it early. I would not count on the ISO file becoming available from Microsoft until after the August 2 official release. Of course it will be out there "in the wild" from non-official Microsoft sources.
Yes with hashes you can compare with originals on technet. I got Vista, 7, 8 and even 10 final RTMs before the official release.
