November Update Issues (Blackscreen wo cursor, update centre closing).

Hi,
I updated my pc 10586.17 with mct, because it failed every time while trying to update from update centre.
After finish to update when boot screen gone, there was nothing just black screen, instead of login screen.

I booted it safe mode with networking, it's fine but I can do nothing in here, just remove vga driver wher i foun ati or amd in programs, system32 etc.. Then reboot it again with normal mode, I saw login screen for a moment then disappeared ):

I tried recovery and found nothing, then tried swipe all data (because I was really tired of that) there was a warning about unable to swipe due to my users directory in different hdd-partition.

I tried lots of time to remove drivers and install new one or without install, every time I've failed, how can I fix it? I cannot use my pc for almost a week.

edit: and is it normal to disappear settings when I click the update and recovery on safe mode?
