I recently did a reset on my Windows 10 laptop and it reset to version 10240. I am not being prompted to update to the latest version via Windows Update. How do I trigger the update to send TH2?
Microsoft has taken away threshold 10586 from Windows Update as well as from Media Creation Tool website.
Stay with 10240 until MS decides what to do.

If it comes up on Windows Update, it's perfectly safe to install. See this thread and it's comments.

I believe you will not be able to download TH2 as ISO. Opened new update link and now is back to 10240 style to download media creation tool for ISO. Media creation may for only 10240 right now since Microsoft decided to pull back TH2.

Yes. It does say 10586.0 at Details tab.And that was this link: ? I got the TH2 ISO from that this morning.

Announce late afternoon Microsoft Community page the link Windows 10. This is posted on website just above the download tools "These downloads cannot be used to update Windows 10 PCs to the November update (Version 1511)."

Today responding to a report here that Media Creation Tool now has a line added to the Downloads page "These downloads cannot be used to update Windows 10 PCs to the November update (Version 1511)" I inquired via MVP Communications Channel and just learned that the Fall Update v.1511 ISO has apparently been replaced with original Release Version
Some problem with activation. I have not tried the download
