I don't know what got fixed but I have a new problem after the "updates". Can't open Insider Hub and get the message shown below.

I still get this on reboot too. I also can't safely remove my USB storage. This isn't going to be ready for prime-time anytime soon.

Me too, the updates didn't fix explore.exe error when shut down.I still got the Explorer error when I did another restart to test if it was fixed.
