Windows 10 updates are cumulative. Therefore, this package contains all previously released fixes. If you have previous updates installed, only the new fixes that are contained in this package will be downloaded and installed to your computer.
Thanks and i checked few hours ago and nothing, checked again and there it was 2 of them ! Strange or sent it out later on.

Edit- Nevermind, its back. MS service have been absolutely horrible since win 10. Even office 365 is tickin me off as I have to sign in every time i load outlook
