I took a quick look at that and when I read that the existence of this Office 2016 Technical Preview is considered confidential, I decided to click on cancel. I don't want to worry about accidentally telling someone about the Office 2016 TP and then getting a letter from MS lawyers.
What do you call 10 lawyers at the bottom of the ocean?

What Are The Program Participation Requirements?
- Participants will need an active Office 365 subscription
- Participants will install and use the latest version of the product during the program
- Participants will watch training webcasts, either live or recorded
- Participants will complete surveys and provide feedback

Looks like the feedback program has been terminated for now but will probably be back.

Actually you can try it without for a few days if you are interested. My install expires on the 15th Feb.Participants will need an active Office 365 subscription
