BSOD (different ones) in a work environment.

Hello Win10 blog.

I work as the help desk for a Stuctural Engineering Company. i have a user (located in a different office) that has had about 4 or 5 BSODs over the last month.

one happened, went a few weeks with no issues.
then 3 happened in a 36 hour time span, then nothing for a week.
last one just happened today, and i have no clue whats causing it.

the user is running an AutoCad Program, as well as Bluebeam PDF, and generic MS programgs (outlook, and usually word/excel).

any help would be greatly appreciated.

thanks.

Craig S

thanks for the response Axe0,

I did the BIOS update and ordered new ram, hopefully this will relieve the problems.
