New zip to check Software

Hi,
thanks a lot for this forum.
I really hope you can help me with this error.
I tried to understand (and eventually solve it) by using Windbg analyzing some of the recent events dump file.
I can see at the end "Probably caused by : ntoskrnl.wrong.symbols.exe" but it really doesn't help me much....Please help.
Thanks in advance,
LDA

Hi LDA,

Welcome to the 10blog and apologies for the delay.

Do you still need help?

Hi,
thanks for being there and no problem with the delay cause luckily my BSOD is not blocking my job right now.....
I'm still unable to understand and solve this so if you can help in any way...please, I'm eagerly waiting!

Hi LDA,

Welcome to the 10blog and apologies for the delay.

Do you still need help?

Please remove all pirated programs and such from your system before we can start troubleshooting.
The Forum Rules is meant for everything regarding piracy
  • Discussing it,
  • Asking for guidance,
  • Asking for a crack,
  • The use of it,
  • Etc.

4) No piracyor discussion of piracy allowed at all. Such as software, music, videos and other intellectual property violations (e.g. downloading youtube videos locally etc).

Hi,
I apologize.
They were some stuff given to me to test.....
I cleaned up everything.
I suppose that now I need to wait 'til the next BSOD, right?

I would like to check first if everything is cleaned up.

How can we do that?
Do I run again your collecting tool and post the results?
Thank you very muchh in advance.
LDA
