No 1920x1080 resolution while using Windows 10

As the title said, I can't find my native resolution, 1920x1080 on Windows 10. I don't know how to fix this and I'm waiting for answers. Thanks.

Have you tried updating your video card driver? I've had no problems getting that resolution on any of the technical preview releases.

Without any system specs filled in it will be impossible to offer any rock solid advice. Please update your system specs as linked in my signature.

Thanks, this got my problem fixed.

I also have this problem (No 1920x1080 resolution in Windows 10), but the only thing resembling a Video card I can see in my laptop specs is Intel(R) HD Graphics display adapter.

The Intel site seems to say that drivers for this are only downloadable via Windows Update.

I have now reverted to Windows 8.1

Why didn't you just run windows update? or select the device from device manager and do a specific update?

He already reverted to Windows 8.1
But why everyone gives up so fast and easy. That is quite the generic name for a graphic card, it could be any model. And it could be quite old and that is why no suitable driver was installed.
But I managed to install a driver for an Ati Radeon Xpress 200M, a card which is not even officially supported by Windows 7, let alone 10. But with some searching I found a way to do it.

I'm not sure that my laptop even has a graphic card. I thought it was integrated, which is why there's no separate driver to update. But graphics is not something I really understand.

Yes it probably is integrated. But even then it is still a graphic card and needs a driver.

True, but Intel (the manufacturer) doesn't provide updates other than through Windows update, and Toshiba (it's a Toshiba laptop) offer only one update, nearly three years old, which seems to be for AMD, not Intel.
