BSOD SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION 0x3b

I had a crash earlier where the screen turned black and my computer reset, but there was no BSOD so I dont have the report on that. The computer also blue screened while rebooting from the black screen crash, then later it blue screened again while I was playing World of Warcraft.

Hi AllottedPython,

Welcome to the 10blog

According to the event logs, you have had multiple BSODs in the past few months. Quite a few different onces, for this reason I would like to start with a memory diagnostics test.

Diagnostic Test
 RAM TEST

Run MemTest86+ to analyse your RAM. MemTest86+ - Test RAM - Windows 10 blog

   Note

MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 complete passesfor conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zeroerrors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.

Make a photo of the result and post it.

Addition:
If errors show up you can stop the test, remove all sticks but 1 and test this single stick in each slot for 8 passes or until errors show, switch sticks and repeat.
If errors show up and you see them a lot later, no problem, the errors don't affect the test.

If you are using a program like Ccleaner please stop using it while troubleshooting.
This because programs like Ccleaner remove dump files that are needed to troubleshoot.
Or configure Ccleaner to not remove dump files:

Okay, I will run memtest tonight and take a picture of it tomorrow.

It ran for 13 hours, I think I accidentally reset the pass count while looking through the options menu but I know it must have passed more than 8 times.

16GB with 8 passes takes about a day to 2 days, 13h and 5 passes looks normal.

It showed that there were no errors, should I still test each stick? or is there something else that could possibly be wrong?

5 passes is inconclusive.
The test can show zero errors until a few seconds after pass 9 for example.

Crude, I guess ill start it again now and let it sit until then.

10 passes and no errors

Diagnostic Test
 DRIVER VERIFIER

   Warning
Please make a backup of your important files and get your rescue media or create one.
Please create a restore point.

Please follow this tutorialto run driver verifier.

Driver verifier stresses your drivers and will crash your pc if any driver fails due to a violation.

Driver verifier should be performed for a max of 48 hours, or when you have a bluescreen, whatever comes first.

If driver verifier has found a violation and you can't get back into windows normally, try to boot into safe mode and reset in safe mode driver verifier, or in the troubleshooting options open command prompt and type verifier /reset.

   Note
Your system will act very sluggishly while driver verifier is enabled, this is normal as your drivers will be being subjected to heavy testing in order to make them crash.
