My photos are too big

They're bigger than 4k, don't want to edit them less than that as you lose a lot of quality, here's a photo i made resized to 4k:Can't you resize them?My photos are too big
original size 3.09Mb, new size is 125Kb
If you save them as a PNG, you can use this site! Worked for me in the past.
I can save them using photoshop, I made the images and edited them, I took the pictures lol, same file is 23Mb in PNG format: my watermarked versionIf you save them as a PNG, you can use this site! Worked for me in the past.
Some image compression software can do a good job resizing image without losing much of the resolution. I use Advanced JPEG Compression and sometimes can reduce the size to 10% of the original.
Here's one of Jeff's image above that the original size is 1096Kb and is reduced to 103Kb. Can you tell the difference ? That is 90% compression.
Here's another one 11% of the orginal
