New update came down pipe today. Successful update first time. Seems safe and working across all user accounts on my machines, as ever I recommend a restore point prior to updating any native app
Do I sense a trace of paranoia ?
Thank you for the update.
Yep - the native apps have caused me quite a few problems in the past. If they fail for any reason and have to redo them then that app will break for our other user accounts , but not the one it happens on if that makes sense. The only way to fix is delete the other user accounts and recreate them (a pain) or system restore point and try again. Thankfully in last few weeks the native app updates have become more reliable
Create restore point regularly.
Create system image regularly, or use one of this forum's "de facto" 3rd party image cloning and imaging programs.
You'll be glad you do that religiously.
Yes totally agree. If there is one thing I've learned about Windows 10 is it can bite you and as a result I take both restore points regularly and use the in built Windows 10 to image every other week
I posted about this app earlier tonight you should of added yours to mine
Wrong.
Scottboy99's post appeared first.
Yours was after his.
Besides, you can ask the mod to rectify it.
Oh right sorry. I think I posted about it around the same time. I didn't see any post to add to at the time. I'll let you do the honours going forward.
This happens a lot of time.
Different people posting the same info at the same time.
And they both got posted give and take a couple of seconds apart.
Wrong same time and I put the version number in
