Is the Windows Classic Look Theme (the theme introduced in Windows 95) included in Windows 10 release version?
If not, is there a way to integrate the theme and have it work properly?
I assume the Quick Launch bar is still available in Windows 10. Correct?

Quick Launch Bar technically is still available, although not enabled by default. This shows you how to do it. The article is about Windows 7, but this works on Windows 10. There is no longer an official Classic Theme, but I'm sure that someone will eventually develop a custom Windows Classic theme.

Yes. I have a completely new Windows 10 installation and it's updated, but I have no Windows Classic theme. Windows 8 has no Windows Classic theme either, but Windows 8 was released long enough for someone to make a custom, unofficial theme: Windows classic theme for Windows 8 RTM, 8.1, 10 by kizo2703 on DeviantArt In time, someone might make one for Windows 10.

It's almost like a High Contrast Theme only better in some areas!
Wait a minute! It is a High Contrast Theme in W10 but I'm on to something pretty cool so hang on!
