hello, i am sending you the zip file , i have already run a Memtest86+, and didnt find any memory issue ,computer sometimes also freez with that error sound, the configuration is :

btw the memtest86 runs endlessly? it was still going after 12h when i came back home

since i have uploaded the zip file ive had another blue screen with system_service_exception (fltmgr.sys), and the computer freezed at 100% counter that normaly restarted the comp

Troubleshooting a counterfeit installation is useless as it is not known what has been modified to your system.
