BSOD on gpu stress HDD usage 100% on 0.1mb

I recently started having issues after my brother downloaded some malware on my pc now i get 100% hdd use on 0.1 mb evey time the gpu load is at above 60% or 70%. I have attached my dumps if anyone can help. All the BSODs were in CS:GO and now i cant eaven play any games without the game just stopping because of the hdd usage.DATURS-PC-Fri_10_09_2015_130802_35.zip

Edit:

I found out the reason for my hdd stopping while under load was that one of my 6 pins was a 2molex to 6pin adapter and one of the molex cables was also the one powering my hdd through a sata power cable.So i plugged in a different one and now it's fine. Ty for all your help.

First thing, have you removed the malware?

Please download and install Malwarebytes free(Uncheck trial versionin the installation process)
Please run a threat scan with Malwarebytes, a full scan with your AV, scan your system with Adwcleaner and Kaspersky TTDSKiller.

Please test your hard drive

The dive is healthy and malware free but it is till not working properly.
I think it might have something to do with the northbridge overheating.
