My laptop boot up to BSOD. How do I download the DM collector as I cannot access internet. I am using my desktop to post this.

Welcome aboard.

If the computer does not boot, it would not be feasible to use DM Log Collector in that stage. Please let us see a camera snap of the BSOD screen. Try to make the snap readable .... perhaps the onscreen codes will give us some information.

Also try to Boot to the Safe Mode. Does it boot in Safe Mode or the same BSOD? Let us know.

Thank you for the quick reply. attached is the camera snaps. I cannot boot to anything as in the 2nd picture. I have to use recovery usb drive to go to repair screen. I tried to go to previous restore point not success. reset the computer without removing data is also not successful. I can go to command prompt though.

Please go through this guide: Troubleshooting stop 0x7B and stop 0xED
Possible explanations to this issue is given there, and there are steps to follow in this situation. Follow the steps 1,2,3 and 7. Also supply a screenshot as per step 6.

All of those will take a time to be completed. Please post the results. I will be off to bed in a while as it is 1 AM already in my timezone. I will check it in the morning.

thanks so much. sorry to keep you awake

OEM manufacturers sometimes does not allow the users to change their BIOS settings and lock it up. I think that is why IDE mode is not accessible there.

Now, please provide a camera snap of the Partition Wizard screen.

attached picture after partition recovery.

You did a partition recovery? Did you lost any?

Well, if it is still non-bootable, please let us see a camera snap of this window:
